Defective Items
If you receive an item you believe to be defective, you must contact us within seven (7) business days of the delivery date to request review for a possible replacement.
To submit a request, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the alleged defect. All defect claims are subject to our review and approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective and whether a replacement will be issued.
Replacement requests submitted after seven business days of delivery will not be considered.
