Thank you for your order. Please review our shipping policy carefully.

Processing & Shipping Timeline

 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for USPS or UPS tracking information to update.

Processing and carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship bulk packages to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

Order Accuracy

 

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete, including:

  • Shipping address

  • Contact information

  • Payment details

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, rejected, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

 

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect shipping information will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim if applicable.
